I will not respond to requests for appointments during that time, though I will offer online consultations and self-care videos to clients of record.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, a 24-hour advance cancellation is greatly appreciated so that others may use the allotted time. A $25 charge is billed for a first cancellation without adequate notice; full cost of service is billed for repeat cancellations without notice. Clients who repeatedly cancel massage appointments without notice will regrettably be removed from the client roster.
COVID POLICY
Both client and practitioner wear masks during the session. There is at least one air purifier in the room which cycles air every 12 minutes. Please reschedule bodywork if you have any signs of unresolved illness. We’ve been able to successfully navigate the health crisis for three years using masks and ventilation and have avoided transmission using this protocol. It is May of 2023 and we continue to use masks during sessions.
